I have has been building and selling homes in the Valley since 1992. As both a builder and Realtor®, I understand quality craftsmanship and the individual needs of my clients. There is no "one size fits all" approach to real estate and no one appreciates that more than me. Over the years, I have formed many close relationships with excellent licensed subcontractors to help with the building, buying and selling process. Unlike many agents, I don’t advertise to find new clients, preferring to work only from client referrals. I really believe that referrals trump advertising any day!
